Le's has been my go to Vietnamese restaurant since I was very little. Because of their expansive menu, you will never be bored! My favorite are: #15. Special Beef Noodle Soup ($9.50), #33. Vermicelli with Pork, Shrimp, and Crispy Spring Rolls ($10.95), #36. Hue Special Soup ($11.50), #37. Grilled PorkChops with White Rice ($10.95), #39. Combination Le's Fried Rice ($10.95), and #42. Stir-Fried Flat Noddles ($10.95). !
Something to keep in mind:
1. Expect the service to be a little slow if you are either in the upper or lower levels of the restaurant
2. Portions are big!
3. It can be greasy at times -

I ordered number 19 - rib eye and tendon pho. The bowl only came with rib eye...asked the server if she got the order mixed up. She said she took whatever the kitchen gave her for our table.
I wouldn't have ordered 19 if I knew I was going to be scammed out of tendons. And there was like 3 pieces rib eye in total too for the small bowl so definitely missing my tendon portion. -

The good, the bad, and the ugly
The good were the freshly cooked dishes, iced coffee, and the condiments. The canh ga chien don (fried chicken legs/wings) were quite tasty as was the ca tim xao (fried Japanese eggplant). But the banh hoi tom nuong (steamed vermicelli w/grilled shrimp) was exemplary - delicious grilled shrimp and a variety of wonderful fresh veggies served with steamed vermicelli and rice paper that you softened in your own water bowl. The iced Vietnamese coffee was also tasty and they even made less sweet '1/2 condensed milk' versions for the adults. I also give a shout out to the trio of condiments - hoisin, chili paste, and sriracha - provided on each table.
The bad were the Goi Cuon (Summer rolls) and Pho Dac Biet. The Goi Cuon tasted like they had been sitting forever in a refrigerator. Sadly deficient in the shrimp and pork departments the rolls were just kind of a stale vermicelli delivery system. The Pho was slightly better but not much - the rare beef was anything but and the broth lacked the rich, beefy density of flavor pho should have.
The ugly was our round of after dinner coffee. We had enjoyed iced Vietnamese coffee through lunch (it was in the 80s outside) and ordered a final after dinner round. Which arrived in plastic 'togo' cups. So overpacked with ice we couldn't get straws into them. In a half empty restaurant with plenty of open tables. -

I come a lot to get their pho, which is usually pretty tasty, cheap, and filling. But today I ordered something else and it missed the mark. My mom asked for pho with grilled pork, and the waitress recommended the pho with seafood and pork, and when it arrived it was actually boiled slices of pork and a bunch of imitation seafoods. We told her that we'd asked for grilled pork, and she argued with us and gave us attitude. My summer rolls had the same problem (not grilled pork) and were overall low quality and not even worth the $4.50. I'd stick with the pho or bun or avoid this place altogether.
UPDATE: Their chicken wings are BOMB. So hot, crispy, and juicy. And also the right proportion of midsection to drumstick pieces (1:1). -

Service was quick, soup was tasty! I had the vegetarian noodle soup- it came with rice noodles, tofu, veggies, and all the pho fixings on the side. Tasted great with lime, fresh mint leaves, and bean sprouts. They have a trio of good sauces too. Great for a cold day!
